When "Push Start" appears at the title screen, press Down, X, Left, Right, Left, X, Down. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of the crowd. Now select "Main Event" and choose the "New Boxer" option. Select the "Trainer mode" option to control the boxer from the trainer's perspective.
